Project Description

The basic operations in which “Stam Trading” JSC specializes, are about manufacturing aluminum alloys. They are in conformity with the highest quality criteria at the European markets and the company produces the basic alloy types DIN 226, DIN 230, DIN 231 and DIN 239, as well as alloys according to client’s specification.

The implemented technology makes it possible for us to manufacture the comprehensive range of secondary aluminum alloys. The manufacturing processes take place in flame-reflecting furnaces in conformity with all environmental regulations and criteria, fed with natural gas. The monthly production of aluminum alloys is around 1200 tonnes of finished products making “Stam Trading” JSC the largest manufacturer in Bulgaria. The trend is about increasing the production with another 200 tonnes.

The high quality of the alloys manufactured by “Stam Trading” JSC is guaranteed by the implemented Quality Management System ЕN ISO 9001:2000.

The products manufactured by the company are broadly implemented in various industrial sectors.

In order to be in conformity with clients’ requirements, at least three checks are performed of alloys’ chemical composition with the assistance of two spectral analysis devices.  There is opportunity to correct elements such as Ca, Mn, Sn, Ti, P, Na, Ni, Sr. All alloys are being treated for eliminating the non-metal impurities.

In order to manufacture the particular aluminum alloy the client should define in advance the per cent contents of the various chemical elements.

“Stam Trading” JSC issues a certificate to ensure that the parameters defined by the client have been respected.

The company performs interim and final control of the manufactured aluminum alloys and aluminum filtering for non-metal impurities at client’s request.

“Stam Trading” JSC also offers preparations for the foundry industry.
